  • Purpose: The primary purpose of the Dr. Eliuel K. Pretrick Memorial Scholarship is to encourage citizens of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) to pursue a post-secondary education and receive a 4-year University Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA or BS) Degree in Physical Education or Sports Administration.

ROTARY CLUB OF POHNPEI SCHOLARSHIP

  • Purpose: The primary purpose of the Rotary Club of Pohnpei, Inc. College Scholarship is to encourage FSM citizens to pursue a post-high school education. Any FSM citizen who is a high school senior, or a currently enrolled college student, or high school graduate (or GED) and is accepted to attend an accredited institution of higher education during the upcoming academic year will be considered.

  • The Vital Scholarship
    • Deadline: July 1, 2018
    • Purpose: THE ROTARY CLUB OF POHNPEI is pleased to announce an Annual Scholarship program fully funded by VITAL-FSM PETROLEUM CORPORATION (VITAL). The scholarship will be administered through the Rotary Club of Pohnpei, Inc. This Scholarship will support FSM citizens who pursue a post-high school education in the priority fields of Engineering, certain applied sciences such as chemistry or botany, agriculture and certain business fields consistent with VITAL’s business interests and needs. Other areas of study may be considered, but Engineering and the sciences will be considered first under this scholarship. Any FSM citizen who is a high school senior, a currently enrolled college student, or a high school graduate (or GED) and accepted to attend an accredited institution of higher education during the upcoming academic year will be considered and is strongly encouraged to apply.

THE FSMDB SCHOLARSHIP
  • Deadline: August 31, 2018
  • Purpose: The FSM Development Bank offers scholarships to aspiring students pursuing a graduate degree in the field of Accounting, Banking, Business, Computer Information System, Economics, Finance and other related fields of study. Successful applicants must be citizens of the FSM, full-time students at any accredited college or university, and maintain at least a Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above. Priority is given to students in the fields of studies listed above at the graduate degree-level and above. However, undergraduate students may be considered.
