GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any interested, qualified, and licensed Firm for the procurement of Human Resources Software. Proposal must contain breakdown of cost solutions as listed:
- Cloud based
- For an organization of 300 or more with room to grow
- Be able to handle and manage recruitment
- Performance and Evaluation
- Provide training and support
Note: For completeness of a bid package, the bidder must include a letter of interest including the company’s profile.
BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, January 4, 2023 5:00PM Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must submit quotations via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the following selection Criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as Follow:

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM
